Women's Cleats
Built for the diamond, sized for women - metal for firm fields, molded for versatility, and turf shoes for practice. Shopping the whole roster? See men's and youth cleats.
How to choose: match the outsole to your league (metal for firm competitive fields, molded where metal is banned), and add turf shoes for practice days.
Women’s cleats are built on a women’s last: a narrower heel, a different arch and a slimmer overall shape. This gives a more secure fit with less heel slip, which matters for the quick starts, stops and lateral movements of fastpitch.
Yes, especially players with wider feet. Just convert your size: a women’s size is about 1.5 sizes larger than the men’s equivalent, so a women’s 8.5 is roughly a men’s 7. Try both styles in store in Laval, Saint-Hubert or Ottawa to see which fits best.
Metal cleats are common in high school, college and competitive fastpitch, but many youth and recreational leagues require molded cleats. Check your league’s rules first. Shop our women’s metal cleats, molded TPU cleats or molded rubber cleats.
Windmill pitchers drag their back foot on every pitch, which wears through the toe of a cleat quickly. Look for cleats with a reinforced toe, and add a toe guard from our shoe accessories to make them last all season. A firm, stable sole also helps with a powerful push off the rubber.
Lightweight, low-cut cleats with aggressive traction, like the New Balance Velo or Mizuno Finch Elite Low, help slappers and speed players get out of the box quickly and accelerate down the line.
We carry women’s cleats from Mizuno, New Balance, Under Armour, Nike and Adidas.
Yes, young players can shop our girls’ cleats, sized for growing feet. For recovery after games, see our women’s slides.
