How It Works
Baseball Town acts as an intermediary between you and the supplier when processing warranty claims. Please allow for potential processing time while your claim is being reviewed.
All warranties are provided directly by the supplier
Refunds are not available for warranty claims — only a replacement
Each claim is eligible for one replacement only — the replacement bat is not covered by a new warranty
Some suppliers offer direct-to-consumer warranty service — the supplier's link will appear once you select your brand in the claim form
What's Covered (Metal or Composite Bats)
Under the limited warranty, the supplier will provide a one-time repair or replacement within 1 year of purchase, for the following defects resulting from normal on-field use:
Severe denting — 1 year
Structural cracking — 1 year
Bent handle — 1 year
Broken end caps or knobs — 1 year
⚠️ This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover weight, length, performance expectations, or purely cosmetic defects.
A defective bat will be replaced with the identical model. If unavailable, it will be replaced with a comparable model of equivalent specifications.
The replacement bat must be the same length and weight as the original.
Wood bats: warranty periods vary by model — some wood bat models are not covered at all.
A photo of the bat's serial number is required for all claims.
The customer is responsible for all costs related to returning a defective bat to the supplier for inspection.
What's NOT Covered
This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects. Damage resulting from improper use is not covered — this includes (for wood or metal/composite bats):
Using or storing the bat in temperatures below 15°C
Throwing the bat in frustration
Hitting your cleats with the bat to remove dirt
Using the bat in batting cages with rubber balls, or hitting old, dirty, or heavy balls
Hitting anything other than t-balls with a t-ball bat
Using a bat with an inappropriate weight differential for the hitter (e.g., an adult using a -10 bat)
