No, Baseballtown.ca does not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size, you are responsible for returning your original item and placing a new order.
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

No. The member discount is excluded from this policy — items purchased with the member discount remain eligible for a refund under our standard return policy.
No. Gift cards purchased online or in-store are non-refundable.
No refunds are issued on presale purchases. Please note that delivery dates for presale items are approximate and not guaranteed — a number of factors beyond our control can cause delays.
We accept returns on defective products (manufacturing defects only) within 10 days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned in their original condition, in their original packaging, and with all original tags attached. We will refuse returns that don't meet these conditions.
No. For hygiene reasons, jocks and sliding shorts are final sale and cannot be returned.
No. Shipping costs paid by the customer at the time of order are non-refundable.
If the error was made by Baseball Town (e.g., the wrong item was shipped), we will accept the return within 10 days of the delivery date.

Return Fees
- All shipping fees generated by returns are the customer’s responsibility and will therefore be deducted from the refund.
- If your order was free of shipping costs, the return fee is $20 + taxes. ( Catcher's set and big items can cost more than 20$. Contact us to know the return cost)
- For customers who paid for shipping, the return fee will be of the identical amount.
- The original product box must be packaged for return. There will be an additional 25% fee if the box is damaged by tape.
How to Return Products
Free Returns in Store
You can return any item purchased on baseballtown.ca in a Baseball Town shop. Note that in-store returns on Saturday and Sunday will be refunded on the following Tuesday at the latest.

You can also use any other courier. All fees will be paid by you.

From Outside Canada
Ship items by USPS, paid for and send via insured ground shipping. Avoid unnecessary delays by writing clearly “Canadian Merchandise Return” on the package.
Do not return items via UPS or other couriers since customs fees or broker fees will be charged to you and the merchandise will be refused by Baseball Town.
