Free shipping is available on orders of $149 or more, before taxes and after discounts, anywhere in Canada (with a few exceptions - see below)

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping is available for 2-3 business days.

Yes - free shipping is not available in Newfoundland & Labrador, the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut and USA

- In rare cases, for remote delivery addresses, the carrier's actual shipping costs may far exceed the shipping cost anticipated for your order. If this happens, we will contact you by email or phone to inform you of the additional cost and confirm whether you wish to proceed. If you prefer not to pay the difference, or if we don't hear back from you within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded. No additional amount will ever be charged without your approval.

No - Team, association, and corporate orders are excluded from the free shipping offer.

- All oversized field equipment items are excluded from free shipping.

- A $20 shipping fee applies to most training nets, large bags, and other oversized items.

- Balls sold by the dozen are excluded from free shipping.

Orders received before 1PM ship the same day if the products are in stock; orders received after 1PM ship the next business day. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Inventory may not always be exact - if an ordered product isn't available, we'll contact you by email.

Orders ship through Canada Post, FedEx, depending on the selected service. You'll receive a tracking number once the shipping label is created.

Free shipping orders are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, FedEx Ground or Purolator Ground, at Baseball Town's discretion. If you prefer a specific carrier, select it at checkout (may not be free).

No - Baseball Town is not responsible for stolen packages once delivery has been completed by the carrier.

Only expedited services - Canada Post Priority, Puro Express or FedEx Express - are eligible for a refund if the delivery date isn't respected. Email info@baseballtown.ca with your order number to request one. Delays caused by weather, mechanical issues, road closures or other events beyond the carrier's control are not eligible for a refund. Due to high volumes, carriers currently do not guarantee delivery times.

No - delivery timeframes provided by Canada Post, FedEx or Purolator are estimates only, not guarantees.
